While on my way to a family funeral I called North Branch Floral to see if they happened to have a corsage already made that I could get for my mom. Not only did they make me three gorgeous corsages for my mother and her two sisters, they did it in UNDER AN HOUR.
Don't call them and ask them to do this again, as I promised I wouldn't make them do it again! But talk about customer service! I will talk about them forever!
Thanks ladies! You made a very special family memorial a little more special with your skills and beauty!

Cindy did the most FABULOUS job on my daughters flowers for her wedding. They were so beautiful and completed the wedding. My daughter had a vision and Cindy took her vision  further and had such unique ideas and they Made the wedding ansolutely stunning!! Thanks Cindy  and we will definitely use for more of my childrens weddings!!

I called this florist by accident and it turned out that they were actually several states away from where I was trying to send flowers. Once the person I'd spoken with realized my mistake, she took it upon herself to figure out where I'd meant to send the gift, contacted a florist in that area, and made the arrangements. This was such fabulous customer service and I am completely floored.

I WISH this florist was local so that I could use them all the time!
