I was referred to NB-Ford from a family member, I had the privilege of working with David Sonak. He was very professional, not pushy very empathetic about my previous ordeal with a car loan. Less than a week or so later I was approved and all set to go with the assistance of Ken. North brothers works like a well oiled machine ready to assist. After I took the car home very pleased with the out come. I was able to get in contact witch David for any assistance after everything was signed and done as well. I had referred someone that same day and will continue to send more people David’s way.

UPDATE! After having my vehicle for over a month, I have now picked up my Explorer from North Bros Ford on March 12, 2018. They did a great job with the repairs. I communicated with Dan Corby, COO of North Brothers Ford, who took very good care of me and monitored the repairs to the very end; therefore, I am upgrading my review from 1 star to 3 stars. Mr. Corby said he worked with George, the collision manager, although I never saw or spoke with George subsequent to my unfavorable review of his handling of my case. I received a call from George today, March 13, 2018, asking me if I was satisfied with my vehicle. I said yes. Although, he never apologized for his lack but did ask if I would I remove my Google post. I told him I would modify it (updated it). What I have previously stated and am now stating are facts plus my opinion and they stand. You can draw your own conclusions regarding my opinion and/or the reason for George's call to me today. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You may want to Rethink any purchase or service from this dealer. They don't return calls just as other reviews stated. They told my rental company that my car was finished but I didn't have my car after returning it again because they didn't complete repairs. They didn't replace something as obvious as the name plate "EXPLORER" on the Front hood along with other Incomplete repairs to my vehicle. The fender had a huge crack that They made and didn't fix. And it was given to them clean including engine, but returned completely dirty! No care to quality, they didn't inspect to make sure complete. They don't communicate with each other. George, in collision, is incompetent in a managerial position, and should be fired and maybe Andrew too! They both have amnesia and don't care about customers because they are too comfortable in their positions. My car MSRP is 51K, one would think I deserved better service! Don't trust them.This dealer only cares about how much they can rob you. There are plenty of other dealers in the area. Don't buy or service from them, you will regret it!

Joe Giancana was a PHENOMENAL salesman. He helped my son & I find exactly what we were looking for. He took the time to explain all the details of our warranty, showed us how to work things in the car. He made sure the car was washed, serviced & full of gas before he even handed us the keys. He even made sure we had the first of our 3 free oil changes scheduled. He truly believes in going above and beyond for his customers. He made us feel more like family & less like a customer. Ken the finance guy was also fantastic. He took extra time and explained the finance process & rates to 21 year old son. Overall I was extremely satisfied & can guarantee all my future cars will be purchased from Joe @ North Btothers Ford

My first new truck was purchased a mile or two over at Bill Brown Ford. How I never shopped at North Brothers is a mystery, but I wish I had. What a smooth, painless transaction this was! I never felt rushed, or pressured, and every part of the transaction was handled in an even handed, above board manner. All of my questions were answered, and my salesman David Johnson was top notch. Thanks so much, and if I need another truck in the future, you guys are my first stop!

Tarrick has been our salesman since our first new vehicle back in 2013. He is so kind and friendly, and you genuinely feel like you're important and getting the best deal. Highly recommended
