This place is a nightmare so the front desk person that took my call was snippy and rude, my child had 103-104 fever 3 days in a row despite seeing their doctor on Day 1, she kept arguing with me to bring the child in again and when I told her he is weak and he is unable to sit, she argueded with me as to how can't he not sit, I explained because he is sick with fever a "hint" may be than, I still despite my better judgment took him here to see a different Dr in their practice and the same nurse that attended my call comes in and pricks him for blood work on his finger tip squeezing his tiny finger ruthlessly she kept saying " I want him to bleed for me over and over again" oh how comforting while the child is ready to pass out... sure I wanted to say he can bounce a pineapple on his head while doing that too for " you", not an ounce of care from the doctor or his staff here for the suffering child either....I am transferring my records ASAP and if you call me with attitude about my review it will go on here too...close the chop shop people are more than their damn co pay. Be human

I love the doctors and find the staff extremely efficient. They may not talk sweetly, but they deliver a great service. They always help me when I need the most, the best way possible.

I have registered both my children with this practice and have been coming here for over 3 years now. There is much ease in getting both, routine and emergency, appointments with them. The doctors are courteous, highly experienced and professional each time I have visited with them. The other more notable thing about the doctors here are they give you all the time that you need with your child, listening carefully to all my concerns and belittling none. I never feel rushed which is a hard thing to find these days. There examinations are thorough and carefully thought out to avoid missing any clues to potential health issues. I feel comfortable here and recommend them to anyone looking for a good pediatric office.

Yikes, the receptionist who answered the phone was so rude. Not a good first impression to the office. I will be looking elsewhere. They definitely need a more receptive receptionist :)
