We bought our home back in June and are still having many, many problems with it. The incorrect cable outlets were put in the walls causing us to have to run our TV cable through a window because the factory is fighting about who should pay for the cable boards . The electrician finally came out today and did some stuff and we told him not to even come back until after the holidays because we are just so disgusted with the whole process. Our home has still not been joined properly, we have dirt and things up under tiles and linoleum  that have still not been taken care of. We have grout sealer all over the tile in our master shower, there is a large hole underneath our master bath tub. The tile backsplash behind the stove  in the kitchen was not done correctly, the countertop was cut wrong and we were told that we would just have to live with it.  The backsplash in the spare bathroom is crooked and we were told by the factory that they would send us another piece and we could put it on ourselves. We are still having so many problems that are not being corrected. Every time we make a phone call or try  to get anything done we just get the runaround. This house was to replace our original home that burned down last year.  My husband is a 100% disabled veteran who has to do many of the repairs done himself Because we get nothing finished by Custom Modulars!!!  FOXNews has been waiting to do a follow up with us since last year's fire.   I really don't think they'd be very happy with how we have been treated.  The house we chose was everything that I wanted in a house and it has turned out to be everything that I don't want!
