This dentist office is full of helpful and amazingly nice staff. Our dental hygienist was so sweet and spent extra special time to make sure our little girls were comfortable.  Dr. Davies is amazing and helped us so much. The front office staff was so helpful in understanding the bill and scheduling for our followup visits. Awesome dental office!

We, my wife and I, became patients of NCFD March/2016.  Their accounting may be done at corporate level, but the staff has access to it.  If you have overpaid, because that is what we were told that we owed at the appointment, you won't get any overpayment back until it's all over and done with.  They have to go through corporate for any refunds.  Then when the insurance company pays their share, it really gets complicated.  I am only mentioning this because I saw some other patients reviews complaining about the billng, etc.
The next issue we have with NCFD is unnecessary services being done.  One crown on  myself for sure, and another crown being replaced on my wife that according to Dr. Davies had a crack.  Our insurance company denied the claim on my crown because there was not a  necessity for it being done.  Had he have came up with an excuse for the crown being replaced, he would have had the insurance money in his pocket.The insurance company did pay their share on my wifes crown because Dr. Davies said that it had a crack.  I strongly believe that the crown did not have a crack, and that he billed the insurance knowing that he would get the insurance share plus the $533.00 that we paid in advance.  Not to mention the $533.00 that I paid for the crown that the insurance denied payment.  Hopefully he will learn a lesson about honesty and stop ripping his patients off, and the insurance companies.

Front desk, hygienist and dentists all friendly and professional. They explain what all they are doing and while they do offer additional services not all covered by insurance, they aren't super pushy about. They are great at communicating when you're appointment is and when they need to see you (order arrived, due for an appt, etc) Carmen did an awesome job cleaning my teeth! My husband had a great experience there as well. Definitely recommend.

Friendly atmosphere. Very thorough 1st visit!! Felt very professional with 1st class technology. I came from an older dentist and didn't realize how outdated some places are until I saw what a new, updated facility looked like. Very happy with my choice!!!

Excellent experience. Everyone was so nice, the dentist was so knowledgeable, and they really made me and my husband feel at ease. So grateful to have found them (especially since I was nervous seeing some of the reviews.) I have to say though, I've been twice now and at most, they were 10 minutes behind getting me seated on a busy day. No big deal to me.
