My now wife and I were married at this courthouse. While there were a few nice persons (The woman who initially gave us our certificate) Getting married at this courthouse was hell as a Black lesbian couple. My family members and friends (About 15 of us including children squeezed into a corner) were threatened with being escorted out of the courthouse. My elderly family members were told they could not sit. One had a cane. We then moved a few chairs out after a complaint from a short Spanish woman who looked at us as though we were something disgusting, them complained to her manager. I will never ever go to this courthouse again. They ruined my quaint wedding day. I've never been treated so horribly.

Worst designed and executed queue process I’ve ever seen. Clearly the use of automation could improve the satisfaction of citizens but it appears nobody cares. It’s a shame.

Waited four hours to register a new vehicle today. All staff members just walling around as slow as possible. No effort to help people, The staff is rude and could careless about working quickly. They litterly locked the doors and refused to let people in at 1pm when they dont close until 4pm, when half the place was empty. The lady I delt with refused to take my check after . She forged the changes asked me to initial then said it wasn't vaild. The supervisors are terrible its like going to a McDonalds and dealing with over paid entitled employees that dont care about customers.

Horrible. Will not vote for this tax collector. So bad, I'll consider helping campaign against the incumbent. Horrible service. They collect hundreds of millions of dollars, and provide zero customer service.

typical government establishment. 3 hour waits are usual, 5 staff working when theres 25 booths to used. place is a joke. ran and managed by a imbeciles.
