I have used the twice, both times their customer service is unmatched.  They are prompt and reliable.  Prices are on the high side, but you get what you pay for!  They also have a 10% coupon online that you can always use.  I highly recommend!

This company was fantastic to work with! We were at the last stages of a remodel only to be told the work the previous plumber did was incorrect. Kevin came out and told us what we needed to do in order for him to fix it. He came back and did an extraordinary job and very quickly too! We will definitely be repeat customers.

I bought a dishwasher from Lowes and they subbed the install job to North county Plumbing. The guy showed up today to install it and had the biggest attitude I've ever seen from a delivery person. If you don't like your job, then quit. I'm sure there are 1,000 other qualified people ready to do the job with a better attitude. No matter how qualified this plumbing company may be, I would never hire them to do any work for me or my clients because of the attitude I got today. I won't even have another appliance from Lowes installed if this is the company they continue to use.

UPDATE:  The owner of the company reached out to me today and  said he will have a talk with the employee that did my installation.  It is nice to see a business owner that takes pride in his work and his employees actions. I'm sure situation will be resolved and the employee will hopefully make a change with his customer service interactions for the better.  On a side note, the installation itself was done very well.  I'm changing my review from a one-star to a four-star, solely because the owner reached out to me to find out what the problem was.

I needed a repair on my gas line leading to my generator.  I did this company a favor and sent them 4 photos of 
what the pipe looked like.  It was a short run going from above the ground to about 3 feet under the ground, and another plumber had already dug it up, so about 20% of the work was already done.  I 
sent this guy Anthony the photos of the pipes.  He never got back to me that day.  The next day I called him, and he gives me this story that his office girl had to go home yesterday, so he had to fill in for her.  So he couldn't send me the price when he was in the office all day ?   Then he sends me a text with a price that was more than  twice what the another plumber asked for.  I thought it was an error.  I send him a text asking if this was the amount.  He says it is, and that one of the parts is $300 alone.  Funny, the other plumber told me all the parts were about $100.  These contractors try to rip you off anyway they can.  They think you have the word STUPID on your forehead.  They want to make the same money as a doctor or lawyer, with their limited education.  This is one of those companies that is somehow doing so well, that they throw out ridiculous prices, knowing that more than half the people will not respond.  They make their money on the small amount of suckers who do.   Well there's always an honest reasonable plumber out there, you just have to get about 10 estimates before you find him.  Don't contact this company, they will rip you off !
