This service is the WORST service it could ever exist. The bus pass every hour and sometimes they dont even pass. Its not even cheap and they think we dont have anything else to do. The buss and breeze are horrible from inside and smell bad, and if thats not enough, you have to deal with the driver's faces who are mean.

Have been a rider since 2005. Currently I commute three days a week from Encinitas to Oceanside and back. I am a huge supporter of public transportation IF it works as it should. Although NCTD is reasonably priced it is not reliable at all. You never can predict when something will go wrong and you will be left stranded. If you have another way to get there besides NCTD, use it.

Most corrupt, disgusting agency in the United States. Not only could it not keep itself solvent, it decided to send US tax payer money to First Transit from Scotland to get the drivers needed to run their buses. They butchered the wages and run a operation out of fear and hate. Matthew Tucker keeps getting raises when he messes up then turns around and tells people how the outsourcing was justified due to money. His underlings at First Transit would stomp newborn infants heads in to get bonuses and profits.

Nothing!. The bus route schedule are pretty horrible, some cases when the bus and sprinter broke down you guys don't even have a backup plan to get another bus sprinter right away and on top of that why kids under 10 year old have to pay full like adult???? consider adult?? . the kids don't even earn any money yet!. Out your sense when you put the prices while you guys don't even have a good services either!. Where the money goes??. The most terrible public transportation in USA!!
