Story

North County Water and Sports Therapy Center specializes in orthopedic and aquatic physical therapy. As a physical therapist owned clinic our focus is on the individual. We provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions incorporating education, manual therapy and exercise in order to help our patients achieve their goals. Our philosophy is that rehabilitation and wellness are combined, helping individuals overcome musculoskeletal injury with a commitment to improving their overall health and fitness.

Ryann and the staff are great! They make it a fun environment but most importantly they know their stuff. I've been in and out of physical therapy for my shoulder and Ryann is by far the best therapist I have worked with. She worked with me thru ups and downs and has given me a routine I can take with me for the rest of my life. I would definitely recommend this place!

I recently had knee replacement surgery. During the two years leading up to this, I had physical therapy several times at another location. The therapy I received and exercises I was assigned were of little help and I considered it a bit of a waste of time. The physical therapists at North County Water and Sports changed my opinion about physical therapy. I also had a torn rotator cuff so needed therapy for multiple injuries. The staff here was always knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful! I can't speak well enough of the physical therapy I received from Jordan Levine! He always knew what treatment to prioritize and taught me the importance of gentle pain-free movement. I always felt so much better after leaving my therapy sessions! I highly recommend them and will go back if I am ever in need of physical therapy again!

I had meniscus surgery (scoped and cleaned the left knee) and attended physical therapy @ NC Water & Sports Therapy two days later. First time having surgery and first time doing PT. I'm a soccer player and needed to do what I could to get back on the pitch. Dr. Jordan Levine was the PT assigned to me and because I had no idea what to expect, he made sure to walk me through everything from A to Z, expectations, and what I needed to do on my end to recover and meet goals. I've heard/read horror stories of what some people have gone through in PT but honestly, not only was Jordan incredible but the entire staff were equally awesome. Always friendly, professional, and (appropriately) joking around. I looked forward to attending my sessions and could see results every single time. It's been three months and my sessions are now complete. Can't wait to get back on the pitch. My sincerest gratitude to Jordan and the crew. If you ever need PT, select them, seriously. They're not getting 5 stars for nothing. Woot!

My experience here was great! Everyone on the staff is warm & friendly. They were very accommodating to my sporadic crazy schedule. My therapist Jackie was very knowledgeable and had great advice for me. I was dealing with two injuries: first a frozen shoulder and I am more than happy that through physical therapy I am able to work through it without surgery. I was given exercises that are easy to follow at home combined with the treatments given by Jackie & Jan my shoulder healed and strengthened without surgery. Going to Water & Sports is also a fun environment as everyone there is positive; I especially enjoyed the interaction that happens with the other therapists. it is just a great energetic and encouraging environment

I have spent the last several months in PT for both a lower back injury (pre and post surgery) as well as a broken ankle. I can't say enough good things about North County Water and Sports Therapy. They helped me get back to full mobility on both counts. I loved working with Jackie. She's extremely knowledgeable and creative with her exercises. We worked hard but always had a laugh or two along the way. I especially appreciated the web links for home exercises. They kept me on track and were a tremendous resource as I progressed. Thanks Jackie!!
