There's a blond girl that she didn't help me out with anything I went two times and she was always putting me an excuse... Etherwise I went to another tag agency and they really help me out...you'll suppose to know what information you'll giving and I really get upset..really  bad customer service

Please, please do not, go to this location.
I went to this location on Saturday April 22 2017 @ 9:30 am
And this Jamaican lady was very rude, she doesn't have no customer service at all, and not only that she don't even know what's she is talking about. Let me make it clear because that place they have several Jamaican working there, the one that she did not want to work today , she is  slim, tall, straight hair and under black circles  eyes.
I really don't know why she still there dealing with customers when she dont Know what she is doing,  not only that she was singing, very loud, talking over me, let me make it clear not talking screeming and at the end of the debating She was moking me, how rude and disrespected person she is...😔very sad, that for one bad person the few of the good one have to pay for it.
 I call an other tag agency and in a very kind and politely matters, they resulted the issued.
The issued was that she told me that if I have a toll ticket with a tag number that it doesn't belong to me, but they issued it to my name, that she can not do anything above that, that lady do not make no sense.
Please people , you do have the right to found out what is going on with your tag, because at the end of the day you pay taxes on your tag. Nothing is written on stone like she stated.
Never again I will go there.
They need to replace her, she don't know what's she's talking above.she need to do a favor to the other workers and leave.
Only reason I gave one star is because the site do not let me post my review with out that star, but really this tag agency do not deserve not even 1 start.

I honestly don't know why this place has so many 1 star reveiws I buy and sell cars so I come here more then usual I drive all the way from Pembroke pines to get there and every time the service gets better and better . There very fast and very understanding the ladies are amazing I'm not really good with names so I won't be able to tell who's who but their great , they might not keep a smile all the time but who can with so many angry people coming in throughout their day . The only issue is that their ATM doesn't work and yes things happen an you might end up paying more than you expected due to taxes like most tag agency they only accept cash so if your short you'll have to go on an ATM hunt so I always try to carry atleast an extra 30 bucks to be extra safe depending on your transaction. All in all if I can change all those 1 star reveiews to 5 I would for future customers because the one on 183rd and 7th ave is the biggest headache I'll continue coming here you guys are Phenomenal continue doing your jobs correctly and thank you for the great service as usual keep it up 👍🏾

Just horrible Worst experience of my life Workers was in their phones while customers waiting.while you in front of them and still playing on their phone discussing personal issues. Had me waiting quite a few minutes now I see why they have such a bad rating Never Again.And not very helpful

Horrible service, the worst place I've been to...run for your life. Poor attitude, nasty characters, just a bunch of untrained customer service representatives
