Horrible experience. We waited for two months to see a doctor, then to be told the appointment was cancelled. After driving 1hr:27mns, we expected some empathy from the receptionist that was very unconcerned towards us. Ugh..

No appointments available immediately. So if you need to see a Dr right away 2 month wait. Specialts next available in 6 months. I highly recommend you look else where for medical treatment.

Hate is a strong word but I can honestly say I HATE GOING TO THIS PLACE! Don't get me wrong there are some good people working there, so sad they have to suffer the BAD reviews😠

too long appointment time. doctor even don't sees patient correctly. I got my appointment. the doctor even didn't fulfilled my requirement. if you go then you are going to west your time.

I have been very pleased with my experience with Jackson North Dade Health Center....the staff alone ( from the front desk to pharmacy).. have been very professional and helpful especially Dr. Frank Crespo and Celia Yero  (ARNP)...hats off t a job well done....
