Dr. Harztic, messed my husband knee up. Now he needs a redo, seriously! The professionalism is lacking and genuine concern i have not experienced. Very dissapointed...

Go elsewhere!! They get 1 star for convenient location and 1 star for the time you're out once you get to the back. I was scheduled for an appt with 1 dr. but saw another once I came. The staff's customer service is okay. I had Bryan tell me not to worry about a particular pain I was having because "we are not going to focus on that right now". Who does that? You do want my money, right?

The Doctors are very good. But some of the staff need to learn some manners.

While Dr. Richin was very knowledgable and kind and managed my shoulder pain as well as possible, his office staff was some of the worst I have experienced. Not only did I have problems reaching ANYONE in the office after trying all the extensions, but my phone calls weren't returned for 3-5 days after I left a message. And to top off the experience, my surgery that had been on my schedule for three months and had been very difficult to off of work for was CANCELLED two weeks before the date because the surgeon (Not Dr. Richin) had decided to leave town. The staff member tried to make it seem like it was my fault that my surgery wasn't happening and then wouldn't return my call that day so I had to go through another staff member to track her down. I will not be going back to this office and have already made an appointment to go see another Orthopedists.
