Took my computer there, wouldn't boot up. I told the female how my son went to BIOS and gave it a bandaid fix and as long as the power doesn't go out it works fine. Mark from North End called to tell me the motherboard was fried and couldn't be replaced. Charged me $64.00. I brought it home, my son had it running within 10 minutes!! I did a lot of business with them over the years..no more.

Wow, what a condescending individual! Asked me for a budget (that I got from what I know i can get online) and essentially told me that the thing that I was interested in doesn't exist (even though I knew it did). If he had offered an actual solution as opposed to attempting to convince me that I needed to spend more money I would have trusted him and probably spent 5 to 10 times my stated budget on the spot.

Edit: his reply "Good luck Tim on building your $200 dollar new computer" (I sad 'a couple hundred') serves to solidify his condescending attitude. 
Do not shop here if you want to be treated like a person.

I have been dealing with North  End Computers for 10+ years. They are wonderful.....knowledgeable,  courteous and responsive to customer needs.  I love that Mark can access my machines in Philadelphia from his location in Pottstown.
