Exceptional Quality. Exceptional Service My wife and I have never worked with a contractor with such integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Mike Fraser answered our every question (probably more than most) and met every commitment made. The crews were on time every time. Great attention to detail before and during the installation!!! We are very pleased with the look and quality of our new colored aggregate driveway. Would highly recommend Mike and his team at North Georgia Concrete.

I first contacted Mike Fraser at North Georgia Concrete in February 2016, when my husband and I decided it was finally time to replace our severely worn out, gigantic driveway and add a turnaround area in front of the house. Mike and his dad were both very professional; came right out to take a look; came back a couple of times to discuss in more depth exactly what we wanted as far as the turnaround, and provided an estimate. Then, we ran into delays: it turned out that, because of the age of our house and the lack of any plat on file, we had to get a survey done in order to prepare the site plan to get the permit. However, Mike was as helpful and patient as possible, and finally, in March 2017, we were able to get our permit from Sandy Springs. Mike and his crew came out, did a beautiful tearout and replacement job, and we are very, very happy. Plus, the overall price was, we felt, quite reasonable. We had to have more than 6 full trucks full of concrete and a whole lot of demolition. We'll see how it holds up, but we've been very pleased with the results so far, as well as the overall experience.

I worked with Mike Frasier (N Georgia Concrete) on my driveway replacement project that also included 1-2' high granite retaining wall down 80-90' of the driveway and a decorative granite paver apron at the driveway entrance. However, Mike was spot on in linking me up with a firm that would help navigate the requirements that are necessary to obtain the proper permitting within the City of Atlanta. The project needed 5 permits to be approved, some folks may need one or two less permits if there are not any trees near the driveway. Mike at N Georgia also had to have a considerable interface with the City of Atlanta supplying proof of his insurance bonding and other information as required. The concrete part of the project was done over a two day period, in late August, with demo on day one and concrete pour on day two. *************Unfortunately, even with meticulous planning and repeated updates on choosing a day to pour the concrete from Mike and his team, it rained about 2.5 to 3 hrs after the pour was completed. The forecast only had a 10% chance of rain but a pop up shower occurred and washed the finish work off of the final 25% of the driveway exposing the gravel in the concrete mix. The sections that were poured earlier in the day had enough time to cure and were not damaged. Mike came out in person the next day and without hesitation said "we need to schedule the crew ASAP to come out and replace the rain damaged section."******** I was very impressed and extremely relieved that he did the right thing without any hesitation. The project turned out great and we would recommend N. Georgia Concrete to anyone in the market for a reputable concrete company that stands behind their work. P.S. I also received a 5 year warranty in the mail after the project was completed.
