Great company! Called them out to service a rental property owned by my brother. I spoke with both Erica & Kelsey in their office. They were both extremely friendly & seemed very knowledgable. The tech they sent out diagnosed a bad thermostat and offered some tips to keep the unit working in top condition. This was a wonderful experience altogether, more companies should be managed the way this one is! Will certainly recommend you to my friends & family.

Excellent company.  Professional and pleasant personnel.  They are customer focused and go the extra mile to make the customer happy.  Update 111317 -  I've kept a yearly maintenance agreement, checkup fall and summer,  on my upstairs and downstairs systems since they were installed.  It's pricey but the peace of my mind is worth the cost.  Tony has been at my home several times and his work ethic and attitude are excellent.  I am extremely particular about any work done at my home.  My wife and I are comfortable that the work performed by Tony is thorough and complete.   I have no doubt if problems arise they will be handled quickly and efficiently by North Georgia Heating and Air.  I have no doubt that management would not tolerate mediocre workmanship.

These folks are great to work with!  When I sold my home in Ringgold the property inspector had a concern re: outdoor unit.  They went out to look at it the morning after I called them and got back to me that afternoon to tell me there was nothing wrong with my unit and a email attesting to that was on its way to me.  No charge!!!  

Good, honest folks here.  I highly recommend them.

Tony did an excellent job. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He very patiently explained what he was doing and showed concern that I understood how my unit worked and what I could do to extend the life of my unit. Thank you North GA Heating and Air for hiring professional people like Tony!
