I have been here 3 different times. I am an animal lover and love the up close to the animals environment that this zoo provides. It's not like the Atlanta zoo that is pristine but the animals are far out of reach. It is very rustic but the proximity to the animals makes that a non-issue. It is very educational and hands on. Not like any zoo I've been to. And so many wonderful encounters to choose from that are unlike any others I've experienced. We did the otter encounter at the most recent visit and was blown away. It made my life long dream come true of really experiencing an otter. I loved it so much. It was the best day of my life!

Really loved this place. Great for the entire famliy. The animals look like they are well taken care of. Only complaint is that they only have one bathroom (unisex), so there was a lot of waiting especially with young kids. Still would highly recommend.

Very fun! Go later than 12 though, we had a scheduled walk and waited 30 minutes in line. They started it without us, we prepaid and it did not matter. The adventure was enjoyable but more organization is suggested. Only ONE half functioning bathroom FYI. Go before you get there. And bring wipes and hand sanitizer.

It's a cute little zoo. We did the sloth experience which was great. There were only 4 people allowed which was perfect. We even got a little surprise at.the end and got to hold a beautiful owl. Check it out!

We had a fantastic day at this zoo. You can tell the employees truly care about these animals. All of our guides were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. As a Christmas gift to our kids, we did two different animal experiences. The wolf experience was amazing! Gideon and Bane were love bugs. Our other D got to hang with both a Fennec and Arctic Foxes, we all got to feed Sammy the Camel, go on an informative walking tour and enjoy the general petting area. We left there with a deep appreciation for the dedication given to informing the public about these wonderful animals.
