If you are strugling and believe you need professional help with depression and other mental illnesses, I really suggest you speak with your family doctor and ask him/her to help you by refering you  to the North Halton Mental Health Clinic in Milton, Ontario. I been going to the Clinic and I am have to say that I am greatfull that I am getting the help that I need. I would not know how I would have manage without there help and/or where I would be now if I had not taken action to receive the help. The Registered Nurse Therapist is a gentle, soft spoken, good listener, knowlegeable, available should you need to speak with her on a day you may need support, very professional, however  very strick that you follow treatment plan so that you can feel better, however I am not saying that you will not have bad days, weeks or even month, however instead feeling misearable the Nurse Therapist will help you the very best way she can to get you back feeling better.  Now when you meet with your a Registered  Nurse Therapist, you also will be assigned to a Psychiatrist now I would not know who you would get, but my Psychiatrist she is  awsome. She has studied my case,  has diagnosed me several mental illnesses and She communicates with you, She will sugest to you the best treatment plan for you. My Psychiatrist allows me to express my feelings the best way I can, and problems then  she will give me her opinion to how I should approach several situations.  

I would tell you this don't wait for another day feeling miserable, go and speak with  your family doctor to refer you to North Halton Mental Health Clinic, Milton, Ontario.
