as soon as you walk in the door, you feel at ease, among friends. Great place where you can join any number of groups, from Managing my COPD, Pain Management, or Seniors' Kitchen to Meditation. And the COPD and Meditation groups havesupport groups, which you can join when you finish the main course. The support groups are peer-led by those who have completed the course , and are very informal and fun. I would say that this centre has given many seniors a new lease on life.

We have now been going here for over a year. While we are at times really impressed with the services available and care we've received we have also had some really poor experiences with some of the Doctors. I personally would not recommend Dr Candia or Dr Shabon. RPN Faye was great.

They really do help with almost anything. I've been to this building for fantastic prenatal classes to willows group fantastic
