Upon calling the facility, The receptionist mumbled the scripted answering dialogue. Then when I informed her of what I wanted. She immediately placed me on hold without acknowledging my response. The conversation was very rushed!!! After a lengthy hold, she apparently forgotten that she placed me on hold. Then tried to schedule me weeks out after I requested to be scheduled for the next day. So incredible rude!!! Listen to your clients, patients, customers!! It doesn't hurt to slow down and listen to understand.. it gives you a chance to breathe and make someone's day!! This world is on such a fast pace. In my opinion, she needs to slow down and appreciate her job. No matter how overwhelming it may be to her, I didn't deserved to be shuffled and rushed. I was a new patient after all. She is the face and voice of the company!! We'll see how the visit goes tomorrow with the doctors. Will I be another number or will I be under their care?
