I would highly recommended Steve and Peggy Dancer of North Houston Home Buyers. My transaction of selling my home was pain free. The honesty and integrity of Steve and Peggy was refreshing. All questions were answered up front without any hesitation. Rapid responses were received via text and email. They accomplished and followed through on everything that they said they would do from start to finish, even while dealing with Hurricane Harvey.  It is nice to know that there are still people that are as professional, proficient and honest individuals such as Steve and Peggy.

My experience in selling my home to Steve and Peggy Dancer of North Houston Home Buyers was exceptional.  They handled the purchase professionally and efficiently.  Response time from them, whether my request was via email, phone call, or text was rapid and comprehensive. I did not use a realtor and never regretted it, as I felt it wasn’t necessary.  Sale of my home - from signing the contract to closing date - took less than two months.  I felt confident throughout the process in Steve’s honesty, integrity and experience. I have referred several others to them.
