I like to study here when I don't want to drive to Fiu. It's quiet and easy to connect to wifi on my laptop. It's good to go in the morning from when it opens to 3 pm.

The atmosphere is very quiet and I greatly enjoyed my experience until I met Elizabeth; who is an elderly lady who works there who is beyond inconsiderate, rude, lacks professional and human etiquette. She believes that the library is her personal home; where she's allowed to treat patrons unkindly instead of being helpful. 

Altogether my very peaceful experience ended poorly. I do not encourage tax-payers dollars to be utilized for public facilities to employee those who are incredibly unfit to work with patrons. 

When Elizabeth is fired perhaps I'll return and/or donate to the library but til then I'll find another, with more courteous employees.

Excellent library in every respect. I can't imagine what old lady they are talking about.  Everyone is so helpful and they know their job. The best library I've been to in Miami.

Hard to be productive in this library if you don't rent a room. Too many Gen X and not enough millennials.
