I do not currently live at this residence but my special needs child loves to play in the ground. I have never been harassed or told by anyone that I could not be there. Even the some of tenants and maintenance man has seen us there and never been told to leave. The other day we went to play and the owner I think it was preceded to ask me if we live there or know anyone there and I said no, she then told me we have to leave, I told her we have been playing there for years and never been told anything, and I didn't understand why. She got extremely rude and disrespectful. My daughter than starting crying cause she didn't understand why we couldn't play. I told her that there are no signs and I have never been told that we couldn't be there. I am very disappointed in how she went about it and she did not have to be so rude.

I have lived here since October 2002---Leighann and her husband, Chuck,  are damned good people and living here has never been BETTER.

Do not rent from leighann Clark she is a slum lord from hell she makes her own rule up for this complex she doesn't go by section 8 rules  she lIkes to harass tents  she think she a big tuff person when she prays on the weak and disabled you will not be happy living there for she will make it hard to live happy and comfortable because she will harass you or tell you she will fine you or get such person in trouble for walking to the mail box or use more then one washer or drier your kids won't be able to play out side why because if there to loud she starts complaining you can do this you can do that we no the rules but she thinks she of a higher power because she the land lord slum lord  and I've never myself lived in this complex but I have family that dose and I don't think it's right that she harass them on a daily basis now she targeting me and i don't think it's fair to any of my family to have to put up with such a rude dis organization and very unintelligent person who thinks it's ok to pick and pray on low in come and disabled people it's not right and these slum lords get away with it everyday there has to be something done about her and if I have to pay for a lawyer myself  it will be done just to prove my point I have the proof and you don't scare me you may be big and tuff to all your tents because you have scared all of them by telling them you will evict if they don't go by what you tell them to just like you try to tell me today  and this time I'm not letting it go I'm tired of your harassment and there will be something done.
