the motel room itself was really nice and clean albeit a little outdated. copper harbor is a quiet little town. I had to give it 4 stars because there were dozens of spider webs around your door. also the little cottages are housing what appears to be drug addicts. the Windows on the cottages are missing and the doors are held shut by bungee cord, felt kind of unsafe.

Great little place the owners are really nice and the price is great... Room was clean and comfortable

Clean and comfortable room. Ample hot water, but it takes a little while to warm up. Older building with a great location. Stayed here before and after catching the ferry to Isle Royale. Walking distance to everything in town. Free Wi-Fi.

Location is great, but this was little more than a place to sleep. Room was pretty small and the bathroom was cramped. Check in was a little odd because the office is in the kitchen of the manager's house next door. Also, the reservation said queen sized bed, but the bed we had was almost certainly a full-size.

Here is the thing - if you just need a clean place to stay overnight before the ferry, the motel is inexpensive and is fine. If you are staying for a few days, probably want to look elsewhere.
