HORRIBLE benefits. My family has been a member of this ymca for over 5 years and i recently was informed that if you bring a guest it's complimentary for only ONCE a year.. Otherwise they will charge you $15 EVERY time a guest comes after using up the once-a-year complimentary pass. It is not worth paying over $80 a month for. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY they don't care about your benefit.

Y -Play is the best. Very compassionate staff. It's necessary when you're a parent. In every gym there are a few wierd characters but so far minimal here. I like the swimming facilities and the workout area has a ton of natural light. Youth soccer is a must if you have child. Its great! If you look at this YMCA experience as a whole its about a 9/10. I support good things is my community and will give constructive and appropriate feedback when needed. Thank you YMCA

The Y was a great place to workout... but... the new layout in the weight room is HORRIBLE! Everyone is on top of each other and they don't make good use of their mirrors (being able to check your form is paramount). The old layout was MUCH better. I understand they're trying make more room for running machines, but at the expense of the actual weight room and the people who come to the Y for that. 
Hopefully they'll expand because there isn't enough space for the equipment they have. 

Also, it would be nice if they had mirrors all the way around the weight room. I like natural lighting but I really couldn't care less about seeing trees and grass through the windows while I'm working out. Not to mention it would help with sunlight blinding or beating down on people while they're working out.

If I didn't have the silver sneakers,there would be NO WAY I'd come here. I live in LaVergne and I would drive to Sportscom first. It's way over priced. If you have a problem with your legs or older,its aggravating when you feel like someone is going to run over you when jogging by you. The lanes are so small. Then the price on talking to a trainer is just ridiculous.

My family and I enjoy this place. Good equipment all over the facility. I wish the build an outdoor pool.
