Real human beings work at this bank; instead of corporate zombies you find at other banks. Very friendly and helpful people.

The American College of Physicians Account was hacked, so the negative reviews are not really the fault of this bank. I called to confirm that I had a bogus check (which I did) and the representative was very helpful and friendly. Apparently, they get lots of calls every day about this problem.

We received a check from this bank, dated 11/23/2016. Made out to me personally, from American College of Physicians. The sender's name and address on USPS letter said: AVIN F B CO.LLC P.O.Box 2942, Stockbridge, GA 30281. Google the sender and it turns out to be a coconut drink manufacturer.  It all adds up to be bogus, no need trying to cash this check.

Never been to this location, however I did receive a bogus check in the mail whose bank address matches this one. The return address was 1145 Wilmete Ave.  Wilmete , IL 60091 from the AMERICAN COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS. I looked it up, the only schools near that address are the Solomon Schechter Day School of Metropolitan Chicago, and Northbrook Golf Academy. Dead give-away.

I haven't been to this branch but I received a check that was all red flags. It was drawn on from this bank but in the left hand corner was AMERICAN COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS 3300 Dundee rd. I received the check for work I was doing surrounding a Christrian newsletter.
