We had to wait for 5 hours in the ER before see the doctor, (if that's their normal I would give them 0 star). The doctors and all stuff were great.

Horrible ER went in for a severe leg infection been waiting in here close to 4 hrs cant even get any info from the desk and the Dr's and nurses only seem to be worried about their food deliveries wish I could take a pic of them all standing in the waiting area while people need to be seen rudest staff in a hospital I have ever come across avoid this place at all costs really wish I had packed up 3 hrs ago and went to a good hospital (MGH)!! The head honchos should really read these reviews they would see most of their negative reviews are from the ER and should wipe out the whole staff and hire professional and helpful people to run their ER!!

Go to a VET, you can get better care there!! Horribly mismanaged, nobody knows what their doing and good luck being seen!! I took my son to Beverly Hospital instead and was seen in 5 minutes. Salem Hospital is the absolute WORST!!

Absolutely horrible. Do not go there unless you get injured in their parkinglot. Son had a cut on his hand and I was afraid of the cut needing a stitch. So the lady at triage tells me it will not need a stitch most likely but to see a doctor. Now this cut is like 1 inch and all I needed to know was if it required a stitch to be comfortable enough to leave.I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes in a room, and was over an hour and a half late for work before my husband called to see what was going on. They told him that the doctors are all busy and will get to him when they can. My husband asked if it is unreasonable to just send someone in for 30 seconds to say hes ok and they denied. Horrible experience i will go else where from now on. PS 1 hour and 30 mins in the room(Dead in the ER) i left without being seen. A+ job guys thanks for nothing.

Every single administrator in this hospital needs to pull their head out of their ass. They can never get anything correct.
