Bad experience today. When I called the  company to schedule the taxi I specifically asked if I could use my debit card, they said yes. I got in the taxi and again made sure I could use my debit card. The driver replied, no but I can take you to an ATM and I won't charge you. It was cold and rainy and I did not want to take time to stop at an ATM. I asked the driver why his dispatcher would have said I can use my debit card.. he started to back track and said well maybe I can call it in. We drove by a bank and he said are you sure you don't want to just stop. I said, no lets use my card. We took a longer route than necessary to get where I needed to go. The driver was driving with the windows down so I was getting wet and cold in the back seat. When we got to my destination, all of a sudden the credit card machine was working. Also, I don't take taxis so I don't know how it works, but when I got in the car the meter was already set at $12... that seemed pretty high for North Shore MA. I will not be paying for this service from this company ever again.

I take North Shore Taxi back and forth to Logan all the time. On the plus side, they are always on time and their prices used to be significantly below the competition. On the negative side, their cars are in horrible shape, usually really, really dirty, and their drivers are not exactly the cleanest in the league.

I had to knock them back to two stars because over the past year, it seems that as their prices have climbed to be within striking distance of their competition, their cars have just gotten filthier.

My last ride returning from the airport I spent the entire time balancing myself so that I didn't lean into a huge mystery stain on my beat up seat while the driver (who smelled of stale beer) spent the whole ride yelling semi-incoherent things about the Pats.

Sorry, North Shore. I used to love you but it's almost not worth saving the $5.

Great drivers and a lot of fun, we had our vacation in Salem for Halloween and they were absolutely fabulous at getting us downtown and back each night. Thank you very much cheers.

Super-Great People, Super-Great Service, Super-Great Customer Caring.  They can solve any situation need be whether be morning afternoon evening & nights including weather problems.  They have different vehicles to suit your needs day & night...

The actual driver was great, but dispatch was rude and unorganized. They didn't listen to where I was and then sent two cars... then accused me of wasting their time and money. Not my fault! Actual driver was polite and efficient. Wish I had a better experience.
