Staff is nice. The wait wasn't too long and the vet took her time looking at my cat and answering my questions. She seemed just as interested in the well being of my pet as I am. Great place to go!

Love the staff and dr. Keene have never met a vet like her she is caring compassionate and loves her job everyday I could have never found of that that cares so much about her animals as she does. She calls you up at home to check on your animal not her staff herself and she also will continue to further check on blood work etc and if there is any abnormality she will call you to let you know if she found something extra and the price is by far better than any other place in this area and she will do things if the dog has to be under anesthesia and get all the other things done so you don't have to come back again which is great so the dog is not traumatized more than once. I love love love the staff and dr. Keene especially

Excellent care from the vets to the techs and the office staff. I’ve been going to north Smithfield animal hospital for 17 years and wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else
