Awesome place! Every year, a few days before our big week trip up north, we call North Swamp and let the owner know our schedule. He always remembers us. He takes our pizza and drink orders for the week so he can make sure he's fully stocked. He also opens the bar for us on days he would normally be closed. Unless you're the kind of person who wants a 5 star experience everywhere you go, this is an awesome Up North bar. Highly recommended. -Maiya, Paige, and Max.

good clean place..small town bar..great place to take a sled or four wheeler ride..nice people there

This place sucked. The owner was rude and making sexist comments. I do not even know how he can serve alcohol since he is a convicted felon for cocaine and has DUI's. He allows people to smoke in there even though the law clearly states that it is prohibited. The kitchen has bugs in it, trust me on that one, I worked there once and quit because of how filthy the kitchen was. He doesnt even buy the liquor from the suppliers he goes to Kris Mart and Costco to buy it so that he doesnt have to pay as much. The prices change depending on how drunk he gets that night. If you are a female, then dont bother, he believes that females are just objects put on this earth to serve every one of his needs. Why else has he been married over 5 times?
