Just as in life not everything goes as planned but the people helping you through the journey make a difference. The same applies to my first experience at Goodyear WF. It was to be a quick roughly 2 hour brake job, we made an appointment the day before, that took 6 hours from drop off to pickup. But I have to say I will be back and I will recommend this location to everyone! It took longer than expected due to a number of other jobs that came in before me but the customer service was OITSTANDING!! Lacy went above and beyond to help me and communicate with me throughout the day on the progress. One of my rotors had rusted on and it took longer to take off and all 4 needed to be turned. When you go somewhere for service, any kind of service, you expect to pay for what you get, well I got better service than I paid for and I'm sure others would say the same thing about this business. I will spend more or drive further for this kind of service especially when accompanied by great work. Don't look further or go elsewhere, this is your only stop.

This place is great! I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time! Lacey was the associate to help me and she was so sweet and helpful. She gave me knowledge about carbon build up in my intake which i knew nothing about but I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything i did not want which is a big thing to me. I usually bring my husband with me to automotive shops because i feel uncomfortable but i feel 100% comfortable going to this shop because i know they will not try to scam me out of any money! Kid friendly also. Recommend to anyone!!!

These guys helped me so much when I was stranded on my way from Amarillo to Dallas. They scoured the salvage yards finding the right part for my Mazda and didn’t charge extra when there was an unexpected repair. Really honest helpful people.

Great friendly service! Really took care of my car. Very reasonable prices. The crew even helped put my trailer back on after they got done with the work! Highly recommend!
