I have only been to this office once but the staff was caring and attentive. They walked me through everything from start to finish. Dr. Panzer was laid back and went into detail about my personal situation. He guided me through each option available and developed the best game plan for my needs. I was very please and would recommend them to anyone.

We have been waiting months for an appointment with this doctor and it is not until I call to confirm appointment that I am told it will be another week and two days before he will be seen. I tried to express the sense of urgency as my husband is having serious issues but person who answered phone was apathetic and non apologetic. She also made zero attempt to get him in sooner. I got more of a take it or leave it attitude. I booked this appointment based off google reviews. I hope the experience with the doctor will be different than this first impression but I do not have any confidence at this point.

I got the impression he truly cares about each patient. Highly skilled doctor with wonderful bedside manner.

I highly recommend him.  Excellent communicator and great physician.  Recently had my second procedure done by him and both times he made it as pleasant as possible.  Seems to be well liked and well respected by the other hospital staff, which speaks volumes.
