Please for the love of god do not enroll your child here. As a former student I can tell you that it's absolutely terrible! First of all the security sucks here. At this school you are not allowed to have cellphones, backpacks, or USB drives. They take all of your stuff at the door and give it back when you leave, then you proceed to walk through a metal detector then go to class. Yet I constantly saw other students with cell phones, USB drives, and even iPods. Not to mention how absolutely insane the classes are. Kids were throwing papers, screaming, cussing, crawling on the floor, running around making it incredibly hard for someone like me to get any of my work done at all. On a side note something that was absolutely unacceptable happened to me. One day the school brought in two men to talk to all of the students. It was a record label owner and one of his singers. Before the assembly started I asked if I could stay in the classroom to finish the little work I had left since, I only had two classes to finish so I could graduate. They told me it was a mandatory assembly so I went. Keep in mind the entire time this event took place the principal was in the hallway because I could see her. So this record label guy talks for an hour and half about a ton of stuff none of it relating to school. After he finishes talking his pop singer ( an African American man around 30 years old) comes out and sings his first song. At this point I am very agitated because I just want to get my work done and now my already short day was wasted by something completely irrelevant to school. So I politely wait until the man finishes his first song before I try to quietly slip out into the hallway. This man grabs me by the arm in front of the whole school with a microphone in his hand (mind you I am a 5'3 girl) and says something along the lines of "come on don't leave" completely humiliating me pulling me back to my seat saying that his next song was for me calling me baby girl. I had to jerk my arm away from him running into the hall where I began to cry from the humiliation and begged the principal to call my family. I told her what happened and she called my family and LIED TO THEM. She told them he never put his hands on me! She was in the hallway the whole time and didn't see it happen! After all of that, they almost didn't give me my Diploma! I finished in mid November they told me that the school board will review my work on December 15th and I should get my diploma by January. I had to call the school 4 different times and found out that they didn't even send in my work to be reviewed until late February and finally they sent it to me in March. Bottom line, do not enroll your child here. It's much more trouble then it's worth.

If I could rate this poor excuse of a school negative stars I would. Very rude principle and staff. If you are considering this "school" for your child.. DON'T!!!! This is the last place for an education! Noisy environment, very difficult to focus in a out of control class room, and your vechical WILL get keyed and damaged in the parking lot. This should be the last place for any student to graduate!
