I'm a college student with a low income and no medical insurance. I needed to get my teeth looked at quick because I was having problems eating and they were able to get me in the office within 3 days! The staff was really friendly and they even have me a tour of the place. Dr. Bynum was nice and he really wanted to make the experience as comfortable as possible. They do a consultation with you before any work is done and they make sure your as numb as you want. While it is pricey, they do programs and give you options for paying it off at your own pace. They even do lots of remindars before your appoinyment, so you don't forget. All-in-all probably the best dental place I've been to. My only complaint is that sometimes they're too helpful! XD

Beautiful waiting area, lovely office, TERRIBLE customer service, and a terrible dental experience for me!! I have been a patient there for five years. Three years and 11 months ago I had three crowns placed by Dr. Bynum (not cheap). In November, one of the crowns came off and I needed to have it re-cemented. At this time, I paid for it and I was fine with that because sometimes things just happen. Monday, June 5th (7 months later), a different crown came off while eating dinner. I called to get an appointment and was informed that I had to pay for the visit in advance (with no outstanding balance, ever) I paid for the visit and went to my appointment (within two days of my crown coming out). One of the technicians cleaned my crown while we waited for Dr. Bynum. Within a minute of seeing Dr. Bynum he stated that my crown had a crack (after only 3 years) and would need to be replaced. He stated, "At no charge." I was very happy to not be charged because the GOLD STANDARD for crowns is way longer than 3 years and 11 months. In fact Dr. Bynum had stated to me when the crowns were placed that they can last up to 20 years. Dr. Bynum stated he would temporarily cement the crown. He did just that. When I went to check out the lady at the front said that I needed to have it replaced asap and it would be 1200 dollars to replace the crown. I was caught off guard and relayed to her that Dr. Bynum stated their would be no charge. She spoke with another lady and said that Dr. Bynum had made a mistake and did not realize the three year warranty had expired!! That was it!! No explanation from Dr. Bynum about the mistake other than through his staff that in order to have a permanent replacement, I would have to order a new crown...at cost. No explanation about why I have had two crowns fail in less than 4 years. Within hours of getting home, the crown came off, AGAIN. It was only 6:30 so I tried to call the office and could not get in touch with anyone!!

Have taken care of my needs now for about 4 years. They are like family. Dr B and staff do a wonderful job. Would highly recommend.

Always greeted by name. Appointments are always on time, all staff friendly and polite, they will go the extra mile to see to your comfort, and will even work out ways to help you after hours.

Very professional with a friendly atmosphere! Dr Bynum & Staff have been taking care of my dental needs for over 15 years. There care & service are the greatest!!
