First come first serve is a lie. They lied to me so their sons best friend could get the last vacant unit. I called early and asked if they had any vacant units. The guy said yes they do but they will be at the bank till 2:30. So I got there at 2:20 went in to see if they were back and they were. Only to find out they had just sold the last vacant unit about 5 min ago. I was furious, and as I'm getting in my car to leave i see the guy who baught the unit talking to the guy who I talked to on the phone( must be the owners so) like they were friends. I was lied to and tricked to waste my time and gas to get all the way there.

Price is high, units are NOT the claimed size but are clean. 10×30 is actually 9'5"x27' which is to me false advertising. But the facility is clean and well secured.

I have been with this storage units for a along time and since they have change owners they have done nothing but screw me over can not get a hold of the office if your life depend on it to pay your bill we are truck drivers so are seldom home to get a bill in the mail tried for 3 days to get ahold of some one. Ended up with a $30 late charge called main office twice to say does anyone answer the phones? with them say we look into it so lame. Going to remove my stuff as soon as i can get their. I suggest go to some other storage unit i had my stuff in this place for few years and was happy with the other owners this place only care about money and screwing you to get it.

It is pulling teeth trying to make contact with someone to take monthly payments. they do not return phone calls and the hours are HORRIBLE. I forgot to clarify the difference.. the OLD owners are prior owners for a reason. the new staff is awesome, a few kinks in electronics to work out but everything has always been made right since the new ownership took charge.
