Northaire Resort gave us a level of customer service that is unheard of nowadays. Brenda gave us a full walkthrough of our boat rental and even offered various sites to visit during our stay at Torch Lake! Our boat was clean and made our visit even more enjoyable. I don't think we would have had the same experience without Northaire's services and staff. Thank you for a wonderful time! Our group will definitely use Northaire Resort on our next visit!

By an unfortunate stroke of bad luck with another cabin, my group and I ended up at Northaire Resort. While it wasn't our planned destination, the experience ended up being a great one. Dale, the property owner heard of our misfortune with our other cabin and was very accommodating to making our stay just as good, if not better at Northaire. We ended up renting one of the pontoon boats available there and had an awesome time. In addition, the cabin was very cozy and perfect for a small group.  And the view from the docks was beautiful and serene. Definitely recommend Northaire to anyone looking to find a good time away from it all.

Charming relaxing fun place to be! The fishing is wonderful and my kids love to come and take the paddle boat out and swim. Rented a pontoon with friends that was very clean and comfortable and we spent time playing on the torch lake sandbar and relaxing in torch river snorkeling. Always things to do here. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, this place is a scam :(  They claim to be available on Air BnB, but after you book the place and pay them $1,000, they will cancel your request and keep the money.  Shame on you guys for scamming people.

please see picture I attached of my conversation with Dale on AirBnB regarding this place.  I never did receive a response from him.  So unfortunately, yes, my review was true to what happened. 

Just a word to help you out in the future- don't use up to date technology like Air BnB, if you cannot follow through.

Very family friendly.  Grandchildren are having a ball.  Boating, swimming, fishing and campfires, everything to make families happy.
