This place has saved my life, after 5 rehabs in this past year this one was different. The classes are amazing, staff is amazing. I am so grateful for this opportunity, for the first time in years I finally have hope, faith, and happiness in my life again. Best rehab treatment center I have ever experienced. My case manager Michelle was absolutely amazing, Keaton  aka country and Candace in operations are hilarious and such good people, Dustin the director of discharge has helped me put together my exit plan and has been extremely helpful. All staff here is amazing and I enjoyed every moment spent here.

Place is neglected and full of black mold. It is a bait and switch facility that recruits patients from out of state and then burdens our health care system by taking advantage of California’s taxpayers. They increase our health care costs by milking the state provided insurance with out of state residents. It’s pathetic and hurts all of Californias taxpayers while they make millions. You will just be an ends to their means and treated as such. There employees do most of there reviews. They hire patients directly from recovery if they decide to stay in California at minimum wage. Expect this kind of care. Photos don’t lie. Except theirs because they are staged.

Northbound has saved my life! Orange County has made me feel right at home ! Best of all I am a better person now free of alcohol . I am truly blessed for this experience ! My care team is awesome and so helpful! Recommended to anyone who is tired of being tired ! GET YOUR LIFE BACK !!!!!!!!!! I would trust the staff here with my life and yours !!

Won't send out my medical records also failed to keep me safe from discrimination from other clients and spoke to other clients about my personal information or anything to do with me. Also they will remove you if you stand up for what's right and say you started so many problems when your the one being attacked.... As for the case manager Michelle she's amazing, also Ian and Brian are amazing and Steven and Malcolm all made me feel safe and accommodating my needs

The entire Northbound experience has been amazing for us as parents. From admission all the way through to release, everyone at Northbound was professional, helpful and always had our son's best interest in mind. We have had follow-up texts from people that helped us in the beginning. Our son has decided to stay in Orange County due to the massive sober community and support system - Highly Recommend~!

This place is amazing and the staff is amazing and treat you like family when i came into detox i was pretty nervous but they helped me through it and my case manager gal is the best person ive ever met i totally recommend and totally love northbound plus its absolutely gorgeous here

I went to Northbrook treatment center in Newport Beach in 2016 and it was an incredible experience. It was my first time trying to get sober with treatment and I could not ask for a better experience. Everyone here was very motivated and involved and I loved the sense of community and hope. The schedule was great and the therapy was life-changing. The staff was SO caring and knowledgeable. I've been sober for 2.5 years now and will always be grateful for my time at Northbound and fond of the treatment program that got me started on the better path.

I recently went through treatment at Northbound. The experience was very positive and the staff is exceptional.  I felt safe and was able to recover in an environment where I felt secure and well cared for. I followed the advice and directives and watch myself and others learn grow and heal. Northbound saved my life! I have been in and out of rehab facilities all year and landed at Northbound a couple of months ago. I was broken, scared, discouraged. I knew I needed desperate help. Not sure of what to do, the staff took me under their wing and listened to my wants, needs, concerns. They were so kind and attentive and professional. They guided me through a very frightening and confusing time making me feel listened to and loved. The professionalism with which they cared for both me and my family was amazing. I was able to work with all the staff from therapists to clinical techs to doctors to owners to formulate a personalized plan to help me overcome my addiction. The whole team worked quickly and effectively to bring to fruition a course of treatment that was particular to me and did it all with kindness and skill. I always felt heard and safe in their care. The facilities are beautiful. So clean and comfortable. I have never experienced such comfort at a rehab facility. It's modern and homey and I loved it. The food is outstanding! I didn't think anyone or anyplace could ever help me. But Nourthbound rescued me and gave me back my life. Thank you. The staff at Northbound are very committed to substance abuse treatment. I started rehab here in Orange County in March 2020 for my drug addiction and I owe my life to them. They were committed wholeheartedly to my sobriety and my mental health. Choosing a residential substance abuse treatment center is never easy but choosing Northbound Treatment was the best decision I have ever made.
