Dr. Auntie M is a sweetheart who truly loves animals.  Rachel her assistant is so sharp and helpful. He knowlege always impresses me.  She always remembers my pets even when I don't come in to often.  She applies coupons to our pets food when she can and the both always communicate clearly with us about cost, options, and they are open minded to what works best for out pet and family.  Thanks Northbrook

While traveling, one of our dogs became ill.  This office worked with our vet back home and after a couple phone calls between them, they had the medication our little one needed.  Thank you so much for helping.  Now i know where to go when we travel here again.    You are wonderful.

I had the worst vet experience I could ever imagine at Northbrook Animal Hospital. I bring my healthy and happy puppy in for his first 8 week check up and he almost died from their vaccine.  My little guy had a very serious allergic reaction to the vaccine and went into anaphylactic shock when I was leaving. The vet administered some shots to counteract the vaccine and told me to take him to the hospital. They couldn't even treat him at Northbrook! Thankfully I immediately brought him to Blue Pearl Pet hospital. My puppy had multiple seizures and the hospital had to perform CPR on him. He was in critical condition and was not expected to make it. Thankfully he pulled through. I then brought him to another vet who performed multiple bloodwork and said puppy is healthy and could find no issues so the vaccine almost killed him.  The other vet also mentions he should not have received a vaccine as he is too tiny and would have waited a bit longer till he was bigger. Do yourself and pet a favor and do not go to Northbrook Animal Hospital.

I really like this place they're friendly and take real good care of my dog.
