Patrick helped me both sell my last home and purchase the one I live in now. Before listing he made some suggestions of very cheap changes to make to the house and also hired an amazing photographer. He got it sold within 10 days and for well over asking full cash offer. He was able to handle the multiple offers we received in a very professional manner and helped us select the best one (which in our case wasn't necessarily the highest monetarily). 

On the buy side I was thoroughly impressed with his patience and ability to locate properties that fit my criteria. After a good amount of searching he was able to find the perfect house for me that checked pretty much all the boxes. He guided me through the negotiation process and was able to get it at the price I wanted. Couldn't have been happier with his abilities and highly recommend!

Can't say enough how much Patrick has helped us. We are 19 days after closing and he's still assisting us with items that have come up post sale. Couldn't be more pleased  with Patrick.

Pat helped me purchase my first home, he made what could have been a stressful situation enjoyable and easy. I had a pretty specific list of parameters I needed in a house, so we looked at quite a few properties before putting in an offer. He was extremely patient and professional throughout the process. He handled the entire negotiation process and helped us get some money back after the inspection. Overall I couldn't have been happier with the insight and service he provided, and I am thrilled with my home!

I was a realtor's worst nightmare. I didn't know exactly where I wanted to live or what I could afford. Patrick patiently answered all my questions and showed me around the best locations so I could get a feel for the right neighborhood in my price range. He really wanted us to be satisfied with the home buying experience. Patrick went the extra mile for us and I’m confident he does the same for everyone he works with.
