worst customer service and worst unorganized office. too many people at front desk doing nothing. a waste

Every State service center has a long wait time but the only problem here is not that. Everyone in the main office / front desk is rude . whether you're calling over the phone or standing face to face . I tried explain what I need help with and was cut off and transfered without being told. I will be visiting the office today to see how it places out in person. And will update this review.

If I could give a negative rating I would, but unfortunately I can't which saddens me because I can assure you there is no other place, facility, institution, or service that is as terrible and utterly unprofessional as the group of individuals they have working here. I have come upon hard times and have needed assistance and because of my address I am forced to work through these people. The problems are too numerous to list them all, just know that you will be placed on hold for a minimum of 5 minutes, no one will offer you actual help and will claim they are not responsible, you will be transferred to numerous departments where no one will listen to your reason for calling, and I can guarantee you will be transferred to a random voicemail where you will leave a message that will never be returned.
