Northeastern Fine Jewelry is dedicated to providing the finest quality jewelry for a great value with unconditional devotion to customer satisfaction. Northeastern Fine Jewelry, as it is known today, humbly started in 1980 as The Northeastern Coin Gallery. In 1985, the business was incorporated and the name changed to Northeastern Fine Jewelry Inc. Since 1980, Northeastern has based its business on a simple creed; provide the finest quality jewelry for a great value with unconditional dedication to customer satisfaction.

We would like to share our story about our very first experience visiting Northeastern Fine Jewelry in Schenectady.  We were immediately greeted with a “Good Morning” by a very lovely, friendly and welcoming women.  Lori was very knowledgeable and passionate about the jewelry.  She patiently collaborated with us for four hours ensuring that the engagement ring was exactly as we wanted. I have never seen a more beautiful engagement ring! 

Lori, we can’t thank you enough for your help in selecting the ring and guiding us through the process. We had faith in your expertise from beginning to end.  We have already shared our experience with several family and friends and will continue to do so whenever the opportunity presents itself.

We have found a new home in Northeastern Fine Jewelry and will have our continued business and support for many years to come. Thank you for the best customer experience one can ask for in something as personal as jewelry.

We always go to NEFJ first as they have a great selection and knowledgeable and responsive associates and the best lines. I recommend NEFJ for your all of your special gifts!

I had recently lost my engagement ring and did not think I could find a replacement.  Joseph at Northeast made the process stress free and kept showing me different styles and ideas until we found the perfect one.  As soon as I saw the finished ring, i knew that it was mine!  At Joseph's suggestion, we used 14 carat gold and platanum together and I have to say the ring is absolutely stunning!  Thank you Joseph for taking a stressful time and turning it into a happy one.

This is where my engagement/wedding set is from. I had them take an old pearl necklace on a crappy wire and turn it into a lovely silver chain piece. They are very helpful and made sure that I got what I wanted.
