I never used their services but tried. When I originally reached out for information on arrangements for my ailing family member the funeral director “Craig” called me immediately. He gave me information on a funeral package I felt I could afford. After deciding that we would use Northern Indiana Funeral Care I tried to reach Craig numerous times over the course of 3 days, both on her personal line he supplied, as well as the office number. I wasted precious time trying to reach him, not to mention the stress of not having another option. In the end we choose another funeral home who I was actually speaking with in another room when she passed. I am glad he dodged my calls. I will be sure to share this story with everyone I know.
