I'd like to share with you an e-mail i received from Northern Sand & Gravel when i applied for a refund. It was very difficult to try and get them on the phone, but eventually i succeeded in reaching them via e-mail. For context my mother in law had also tried ringing and leaving answer phone messages on my behalf:

"You refused the delivery, fact.
We attempted to make the delivery, fact.
The haulage company didn't acknowledge they used the wrong vehicle, they used the same vehicles we have used for over 500 deliveries a week, fact.

And for the record Nathan this email correspondence from me will now stop, so please grow up and accept your mistakes and pay your mummy back in full, now go away like a good little boy"

To play devils advocate here, by the time i had emailed them i was fairly stressed, and i used a lot of capitalisation to attempt to indicate that, but to have this as a response is just awful.

I don't want to give a lot of horrible feedback after posting this because i know you can all read, but i just thought this would be worth sharing. If you FOR ANY REASON feel like you might have problems, then go with a different company. To be honest, go with a different company anyway.
