They had what I needed, but in limited quantities. Store is well organized and neat. I wish there were more employees on the sales floor to ask for help.

I have been a customer since 1995 . End of last year I bought four northstar 12 volt sprayer pumps with replacement warranty , I have been pumping clean water with them and all of them went bad after a month of use . I returned the first two and was advice by customer service to deal with the people that insured the others. They say the water I'm pumping is bad which is potable water. Beware I'm checking harbor freight for my needs now .

I came to buy an item and didn't work for me, it's  to small for the job I came back a few days ago to make a return and this  item is not a gas or oil product that I purchased so the policy on returns is 15 % restocking fee. I finally got to speak with the manager in charge and he says (Javier) restocking fee is 25% I asked why and he respond I could go higher if I want to !!!! wtf . So I came back with less money and they couldn't help me

 very good help from the staff working in the store and I recommend the tool of very good quality and good warranty .. ☆☆☆☆☆
