Great prices! A lot of products have warranties that even cover accidental damages. I always make sure I register it with the number they give me, so they're always able to call it in if I don't have the receipt. Everyone is also very nice and helpful especially the managers. There's always a manager walking around and helping customers. It's a great environment!

Store is well organized and have products that Lowes/HomeDepot don't. Customer service is not good at all. I've been going to this specific store for many years and no one is ever really willing to help. Also, make sure you check the price for a product online as well as they tend to mislead customers with prices. Went today and purchased a floor jack that was clearly marked $129.99 online and in the stores price tag. At the register, they still had it at $159.99. That to me is very misleading and not professional at all. I will only go here from now on if I actually need something that I can't find online.

Don't pay waranty. they promise the world but at the time you need to use it good luck. Few of the employees like gerardo in service and repair make your experience even worst.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced. I was never greeted by any associates and not once but twice was pretty much ran over by the associates themselves. Gone are the days of being a decent human being and common manners. I actually put back the $300 of supplies I WAS going to purchase. And walked out. You have definitely lost my business.
