Roads are terrible. Had a great reputation when we bought here 11yrs ago but has changed ownership several times and has gone downhill   Sidewalks are terrible. Neighbors not cleaning after their dogs. Junk piled around mobile homes. Police being called constantly for neighbors fighting. Had to replace our back door because someone tried to break in during the afternoon. Park rules are not enforced

Im one of the first lots so my mobile home is in the front of the park. The sidewalks here are in need of repair, The trees need to be topped in between the lots. The water gets shut off with little notice through the summer because of repairs. The park community is made up of retired older people and little families getting on there feet. All in all its a good place to live and save money. The new park manager i love her she isnt affraid to let you know when your lot needs a little love done to it. I always see her out going door to door talking to all the residents keeping up with the park talk.
