2016 TRAVEL TRAILER STOLEN!!!!!! I would give -5 stars if I could. March 19, 2017 I did a routine check on my 2016 Keystone Passport Travel Trailer, which was stored for the winter at Northpointe Storage. I showed up to find that the Camper was gone! I followed the proper procedure and called the Police and the owner of Northpointe. The owner basically said not my problem. At first he refused to review the surveillance tape (which is only at the entrance gate as I was told) then after determining a smaller window from the last time I had seen the trailer on Feb 12th, to Mar 4th when the guy in the spot next to me said he did not think it was there on March 4th, he said he would look into it. So now it would be around a 3 week window. So far I have heard nothing about what the tape shows! You have to wonder how many others are missing campers from this place as most people drop them off in the late fall and don't come back until spring. If others are gone, the owners probably don't even know. This place doesn't take any responsibility and then don't really care to help their customers in any way. People may say, you have insurance right? Yes I do, but that only covers the camper itself, not all my towing items and camp gear. Plus all the additional cost when I bought this July 2016 are lost. He is also charging me up til 3/20 when the camper was clearly gone on 3/4 or earlier. If you have a camper here you should check on it right away. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND THE SECURITY THEY PROVIDE FOR YOUR ITEMS. The below response is untrue (I have your text to prove it) you only looked at 4 days of tape, if even that because you said it was all you had.You never indicated you looked at weeks of tape, you are saying that now because of this review. You never even showed up day I reported it stolen! I told you the Police were on their way! What kind of business owner doesn't even show up on site to their business when a camper is stolen and the Police were on their way??? You also said you were working with Police, guess what, I called them and the Officer I dealt said he never heard from you. I have the email from him to prove that also, nice try but you did nothing to help the situation and you had a " not my problem attitude right from the start". Oh, this is also the very first time I heard an apology from Northpointe, not once did the owner or anyone from this place say I am sorry you were victimized at our facility. I have to go to a GOOGLE review to find such a thing... how nice. If my camper didn't show on your surveillance video leaving your front gate, where did it go? Another gate that has no security camera? You cost me thousands of dollars, I put my trust in your place to protect my brand new camper and I made a huge mistake. The one thing you did do is return the money you owed me for March.

Prices seem fair, nice facility. I had paid for a full year in advance. Halfway through they added a $9 per month insurance fee that I was expected to pay. I felt it wasn't right to change the cost in the middle of a contract, but had no choice.
