Chris Shoemaker was fantastic! Got me great rates, one of the names on my ticket was not input correctly and before I could even get my email off to her to change it she was on the phone with Air Canada to fix it! Great work, will totally use this place again!

Shelley Elkas sold me tickets for airplane from Eastern Europe to Mexico through USA and did not make sure that I had a USA visa. As the result I came to the different city to the air port and air travel representatives did not allow me to come on board. Also she did spelling mistakes in my first and last names in couple of travel documents.
