In the past I have left a 5 star review but now I have to change that. I came in for some issues with 3 year old car to get repaired and that went well had taken a while and they gave me a courtesy vehicle. While my car was being worked on I decided to speak to sales just in case my car was not worth repairing. It was going well until I decided I didn't want to buy a new car. I had given a $500 deposit while I was still deciding if I wanted to buy the new car but now that I have decided not to they are dodging me and not refunding my $500 deposit. So now I have had to open a dispute with my bank. My wife and I were going to use them to buy her a new car in a few months since I decided not to. But now we will not be coming here. Will only be coming here for service until a find another VW dealer.
We had the most incredible buying experience thanks to Isabelle Thompson! She is very knowledgable, extremely helpful and made the entire process so quick and easy. I highly recommend her! It felt like Christmas morning when we picked up our new car topped with a beautiful red bow! Thank you so much Izzy!!
Traded in my 2015 chevy silverado for a 2021 chevy silverado. From test drive to delivery everything took less than 24 hours. Charlie at northtown Kia was very helpful and Everything was quick and easy.
What a great car shopping experience. We bought during the pandemic and upon entering the showroom, everyone was mindful of the recommended precautions. The selection of vehicles was outstanding and the buying process was done easily and quickly. Finalizing the finance paperwork was easy and the staff member stayed after hours with us to complete the paperwork and get it submitted. When it's time to buy another vehicle, we will definitely be coming back here.
Matt C sold my husband and me a Chevrolet Trax and he was fantastic!! We told him exactly what we were looking for and he hit the nail on the head. Very nice people! Picked us up from our home and gave us a ride to the car dealership for free so we can shop for a car. They even personally delivered these very yummy chocolate chip cookies at the end of the month of our car purchase! Recommend buying a car at north town they’re very patient and listen to your needs! What a phenomenal experience working with Gary Gill! He was super knowledgeable, highly responsive, and customer-focused. Gary communicated early and often with us, made sure all our questions were answered, and most importantly, made sure we were happy with our decision. The day of the purchase, Jacob Abdullah took care of us, and wow, what an enthusiastic, customer-focused professional. We feel great about our decision to go with Northtown. These two gentlemen deserve a raise!

Oil change done I will say the desk person I spoke with was quite pushy. I told them I was going on a trip and was just wondering if they could check everything over in addition to the oil change thinking maybe I'd spend an extra 50 bucks. He told me my 'record' showed I had a laundry list of services to do, which wasn't true as my uncle who is a mechanic works on my car regularly. I have anxiety so I almost paid an extra 600 dollars out of pocket. Glad I called my mom to panic, because I needed ONLY an oil change.... I got someone else to do a quick check over of my car before the trip for FREE from a very nice local mechanic.
