Washers and dryers are very well maintained and lady working is super nice! This was my first time in a laundrymat and she was very helpful. After having a horrible morning at my hotel (where some idiot threw my clothes in the trash can) this lady has made my day better. Being away from home and not knowing anyone, it was refreshing to be greeted so warm and friendly! Will definitely return.

Some of the washers aren't that good, you have to add extra water to your load or you'll be disappointed once the machine stops and youre clothes aren't clean. Dryers work better they keep the place tidy staff is available if you need help

While I taught my kids how to do their own laundry early on, when my son -- in his first year of college nine hours from home -- admitted feeling overwhelmed trying to keep up with his laundry at the local run-down laundromat, I knew I could find a way to help from afar. Enter Brenda at Northview Express Laundry. For a reasonable fee, Brenda provided same-day, high quality wash and fold service for my son's mountain of laundry, and treated my boy like one of her own. Mom to mom, I will always be grateful knowing my son can drop off his laundry before class and Brenda at Northview will have have it ready for him by the time class is over. She even takes extra special care with his uniforms. Thank you, Brenda! You've created dedicated Northview customers for the duration of my family's time in Lima, OH!

Bathroom door not secure otherwise excellent place to do laundry. Location could be better, safer area of town.
