I've had nothing but great experiences when using this bank. transitioned from First Niagara no problem.  very helpful people.  recommend using them.

Nothing but great things to say about the staff!  Greg, the branch manager is always there for me when needed.  These people are the reason I continue to bank here.

The staff are friendly and have good sense of humor. I gave a 4 star because when i got my debit card my name was all messed up. it had my last name middle name and suffix

THIS BANK SUCKS. NO LATE HOURS, NO WEEKENDS, WHAT ABOUT THE PEOPLE THAT WORK MONDAY THRU FRIDAY!!!! GIVING ONE STAR BECAUSE YOU CAN'T CHOOSE ANY LESS

I will never bank here. They were not prepared for their merger with First Niagara. Now due to their negligence, my paycheck will not clear for 14 days. I don't even have an account here, but my company uses them. They put a hold on the check to ensure the funds are available. Idiots.
